The Three Top Serenaders is a North Carolina-based traditional old-time string band comprised of Grayson McGuire (Todd), Robbie Herman (Taylorsville) and Devon Flaherty (Carrboro). The band plays regularly in Todd at the Todd Mercantile.
Musician and country dance enthusiast from Western North Carolina, Clarke Williams, will make his first visit to the Ashe Arts Center to be the caller.
