The nineteenth season of Gallery Crawls takes place on the second Friday of the month from June through October.
Mark June 14, July 12, August 9, September 13, October 11 and December 6 on your calendar for opportunities to see new, creative, innovative works by Ashe County't leading artists. Extended gallery hours are from 5:00-8:00 pm at galleries, studios and craft shops in downtown West Jefferson.
The Arts District is the place to find paintings, photography, pottery, stained glass, quilts and fiber arts, weavings, furniture, toys, jewelry, wood-turned products and lots of other handcrafted items. Restaurants and other downtown shops will be open during the crawl.
This event is free and maps are available at the participating galleries. The crawl is sponsored by the Ashe County Arts Council in cooperation with the West Jefferson Business Association, the West Jefferson TDA and is funded, in part, by a Grassroots Arts Program Grant of the North Carolina Arts Council.
