We’re excited to host the Old Time and Bluegrass Radio Show at the Ashe Civic Center once a month on Saturday morning at 11 AM. This event is free and open to the public, with donations gratefully accepted. The Ashe Civic Center has accessible parking and seating.
Tucker Conner is a youth musician from the mountains of North Carolina with a deep love for traditional Appalachian and bluegrass music. Inspired by legendary artists including Doc Watson and Tony Rice, Tucker has quickly become a rising young performer, known for his guitar playing, vocals, and growing stage presence. He performs with the youth band Denim & Plaid and has appeared at events including MerleFest, FloydFest, the IBMA Youth Stage, and regional fiddlers conventions throughout the Blue Ridge region.
