Current Openings at the Ashe County Arts Council
Welcome to the Ashe County Arts Council. We are a small but dedicated team working to enrich the cultural life of Ashe County through the arts. From gallery exhibitions and concerts to arts education, literary programs, traditional music, and community events, we connect people through creativity and cultural experiences that make our region unique.
Our staff come from a variety of backgrounds, but we share a commitment to serving our community, supporting artists, and preserving the rich artistic and cultural traditions of the North Carolina mountains. Whether coordinating a performance, installing an exhibition, balancing financial records, or welcoming visitors through our doors, each team member plays an important role in making the arts accessible and meaningful for people of all ages.
Working at the Ashe County Arts Council means being part of a collaborative environment where creativity, resourcefulness, and community engagement are valued. We take pride in creating memorable experiences, supporting local artists and organizations, and helping ensure that the arts continue to thrive in Ashe County.
