Ashe County Little Theatre Presents Bus Stop
Ashe County Little Theatre’s first play of 2018 is Bus Stop by William Inge.
Bus Stop is a “dram-edy” about the passengers on a bus traveling from Kansas City, Missouri to Wyoming who get “Shanghai-ed” in the diner of of a small town in Kansas while waiting out a blizzard that has blocked the highway west. Forced to overnight in the diner, the bus driver and his passengers get to know the owner of the diner, her young waitress and the county sheriff. With tender comedy and serious interpersonal relationships, Bus Stop is funny, serious and heart warming all at the same time.
The production dates are April 6-8 with Friday and Saturday at 7:30 and Sunday matinee at 2:00.
